Tapered roller bearings belong to separated bearings which consis of inner ring,outer ring,tapered roller and a cage.it mainly carry radial loads and some unite load between radial and axis direction, normally it can not carry axis load separately.capability of load of bearing depand on angle degree of the raceway of outer ring, more bigger angle degree ,greater load will be carried. It is more extensive to be used in low speed equipment.
Single Row Cylindrical Roller Bearing is most popular in tapered roller bearing.small double row cylindrical roller bearings are used in hub of front-wheel drive for the past few years. Four row tapered roller bearings are used in large machine of cold or hot milling roll.
Except main type, there are also improved reinforced type、double row、four row 、big tapered angle、double inner rings and outer rings and washer tapered roller bearings.
(1) Single row cylindrical roller bearings :
Single row cylindrical roller bearings are groupware comprised of inner ring,outer ring,tapered rollers and bastket shape cage.Outer ring can be separated with inner ring, according to ISO tapered roller bearing boundary dimension standard stipulation, outside ring group or inner ring group of tapered roller bearings of any standard specification realize international exchange. Except outside dimension clearance of Outer ring of same specification need to correspond with ISO492(GB307),tapered angle,cone diameter of inner ring group also must be in line with stipulation of exchange relation.
Commonly tapered angle of outside raceway of single row tapered roller bearings are among 10degree to 19degree.it is subject to unite function of axes loads and radial load.More tapered angle degree, more radial load to be beared. Big tapered angle bearing can bear larger axis loads,which is back-end B and tapered angle degree is 25degree and 29degree. In addition, single row tapered roller bearing can ajust clearance ,when they are installed.
